Overall, I enjoyed reading The Shadow Dragons very much. If you have, then this what the first three books have been building to. It was almost as if there were too many plots, too many characters, and too many twists all trying to get wrapped up in one novel. Another great book from James A Owen! This book is part of the series The Chronicles of the Imaginarium Geographica. There is a literal pantheon of characters who are sometimes hard to keep track of. The type of dragon that walks and flies among the shadows and strike without warning. Charles, John and Jack, however, continue to be the Three Musketeers (so to speak) who keep us focused on the primary story arcs and most important details. This is such a solid time travel fantasy series!! Wowed!! We have been really enjoying them, even though the confusion factor with all the time travel/different dimension stuff can be high.
